How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Good morning everyone! I'm from Rochester NY and a veteran Diet-Better. I lost 46 pounds in 2019 and went from a size 1X to 10...bordering on an 8. I was SO happy. Then pandemic hit. Since March I've gained 35 pounds. I am now the opposite of SO happy. I'm back at it and I know this works for me. Good luck everyone!

I read an interesting comment on losing and gaining. The person said that even with gaining they just gained part of what they lost. Had they not lost the initial weight they would have gained on top of their initial weight. So even if sometimes its frustrating that you gain back a part of it, at least you are not worse off and your health markers are surely better than your first time. All the best for your goal

The damn pandemic yes... I was in group personal training, spin, and pure barre now they are not available so I also am working from home instead of office food more available I had lost 100 pounds I’m up 18 since March most of that in the last month once the Temps dropped in Michigan and I was unable to do the 5 and 10 K so I’m back at it this game is helping down 4.5 and 47 to my ultimate goal I set for myself
