    Midweek check-in... how are you doing? How much movement have you been able to get in each day this week? Are you hitting your goals everyday? If not, is there something you could add more of or something new you could try to help you reach your goals?
    I’d love to know what your favorite form of movement is. Personally I love to walk, jog, run, and hike!

I’ve gotten workouts in by walking and jogging on the treadmill and riding the stationary bike while watching The Crown. Without watching something I sometimes feel like giving up. I’m also taking mini breaks and walking laps around the backyard between zoom meetings.

I have failed miserably in the movement area. In the past, Virtual marathons have helped me and something fun to do with the kiddo. I really miss my strength & conditioning and kickboxing classes at the gym.
