I signed up as I have been trying to bring down the weight this past few months I gained this year(I blamed covid not because the stress but because I wanted an excuse to eat a bunch of junk and food I didn't normally eat so often....then all I did was eat really bad.)
I had finally had enough and signed up for this as a last ditch effort. I was tired of feeling bloated 24/7, like I was riding a sugar crash roller coaster, and that I had no control of all the excuses I made, especially work stress, for eating terribly.
The day of Halloween I went, ya know what, I can't behave with candy, so unless it's baked into a treat I won't eat it. So I massively brought down my sugar consumption the last ~2 months!! After that I when I started this dietbet I started working on drinking more water and practicing eating until I felt full instead of overstuffed, and it's done wonders!
I'm really hoping to lose two more pounds before the end of the year with a bit more exercise incorporated (I usually just walk a lot).
Thanks to everyone for participating and motivating me to so I could focus on accomplishing what I otherwise could not get done in my own!
