Feeling deflated. Ive done a hard workout every day this month. PLUS I’ve dialed in my nutrition. And the weight is not moving. Might be the first time I don’t succeed on the bet 😥

What's your nutrition plan? I've found changing things up from time to time really helps me. I like about 3 or 4 different kinds of diets (low calorie, or veggies only, or keto, etc). I'll stick with one for a few weeks, then switch to another. Helps to keep things from getting stale.
