In the last game I failed, which I was v disappointed with because I got very close to my goal weight very fast, only to derail and actually gain more than I had started. Learning time and time again why drastic diets don’t work long term. Won’t be making the same mistake this time. Taking it slowly bit by bit week by week day by day.

I am losing weight when I am adding more greens and veggies. Reducing carbs in last days helps also. Hope Ilana will give some helpful tips for us
