Not going to lie I’m doing terribly. I initially lost 4 lbs of water weight. And gained it all back. It is that time of the month soon but I am struggling to sleep and that makes me overeat. Anyone struggle with stress and insomnia and have suggestions to prevent late night eating? Could really use the help!! 🙏

I always will have flavor soda water, spoon of peanut butter, hot tea take a sleep aid and that usually helps. Good luck

My biggest problem was always late night eating. I tried teas, veggies, etc and just could not stop it. Finally What I found really helped was taking about two weeks and going upstairs in my bedroom with a book at around 8. My hubby stepped in to get the kids to bed so I didn’t have to leave the room and be tempted to eat. Then I started eating a 50 cal halo bar right after dinner so I had my sweet treat and felt satisfied.
That is when I started seeing the weight fall off. Now I don’t want to eat at night anymore. I still try to go to bed early but when I don’t, I’m not tempted to eat. Also when I see my husband pull out the treats, I remind him that I don’t want them so please eat his and then put them away so they aren’t sitting out staring at me.
