    HAPPY MONDAY ROCKSTARS!! Sometimes the trick to the next weight loss isn’t a new method but a new recipe. This week’s weight loss challenge is to make sure you eat 2 cups of veggies by 2 pm. This helps your weight as well as health and sense of control throughout the day. This Greek cauliflower rice recipe is one of my favorites and is full of a variety of veggies.

I have to keep it simple. I make sure to get my two servings in before lunch! One serving of spinach in my shake for breakfast and a serving of raw veggies for my mid morning, pre lunch snack. That tends to keep me in the 2B mindset for the rest of the day. And then getting some extra credit workout in the morning before work always helps too!
