  • Happy New Year!

    I'm so happy you are here and part of the group! Some of you are beginning your weight loss journey and some are nearing the end but most of us are somewhere in the middle. Most likely you have a number in mind as your ultimate goal weight! But, no matter how close you are to that it's a great idea to create a set of goals for yourself. I would like to encourage you to share your plan to re-inspire yourself and others, or sit down and form a plan if you haven't yet. If you're at the beginning, think of just one thing you can do today to make yourself healthier as a starting point, no matter how small. That success will propel you forward. Think small goals that will lead you to your big goals! And just for fun let us know where you're from. I'm in Southern UT!

Hi everyone! I’m from Pittsburgh, PA and my goal is to lose 6 pounds by January 20. I know that may not be possible but I’m going to try. I started 2b mindset in January 20, 2020 last year and am down 44 pounds. A few months ago I set a goal to lose 50 in a year. I plan to work out 5 days a week and drink a gallon of water daily
