I have been doing the Fitness Marshall 60 min workouts a few times a week since August, and LOVE it. I just subscribed to Hip Hop Step Hero so am looking forward to mixing it up with their step classes too; I have a great space in my basement and am excited to make the most of it. I gained 25 lb in the first part of the pandemic until I realized I was wasting a great opportunity of more free time than I have ever had in my life; I'm down 35 since August and super motivated to keep up the momentum!
