How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I know everyone says don't complain, but I've been doing everything right and have lost 1 pound. I have only missed 2 workouts and am working between mbf and using my Peloton. I eat no more than 1450 calories per day based on calculations, and I'm usually pretty close to my macros. I go on walks during my lunch break at work. I have cheated once. I'm not looking for sympathy, but advice. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try intermittent fasting BUT you really have to read about it and understand everything about it!! Reading the book Fast. Feast. Repeat. and it makes a lot of sense!!

Are you sure about those calories? Do you weigh your food, or do you measure or eyeball? Is there ANYTHING that you didn't count? A small snack, drinks, cooking oil? How much is your anticipated deficit? Do you eat back all your exercise calories? Machines are notorious for overestimating your burn, and you'll want to make sure you don't double count the calories with your tdee.
