Gosh, guys! I’m so sorry! My husband helped me with getting things posted last night because as always seems to be the case, when you need to get something up, something goes wrong! We took the permission off the documents, so you should be able to access them.

The “welcome video” where I extend a challenge to you this week about sugars is in a small link at the bottom of my initial post. If at any time you want to find my posts, use the drop down option at in the top of the feed and choose “host.” Unfortunately this platform doesn’t allow me to upload videos directly.

For the workouts, it originally said Monday - Sunday (starting you on a Monday), but since it is Friday, I’ve adjusted the days. If you use these in the future, you can easily maintain the same workout and rest schedule starting on a Monday.
