Two weeks without losing anything. Two weeks of working out and eating 80% healthy. Two weeks of logging water intake. Two weeks. I wanted to give up. I told myself to just keep going, it's got to move the scale. I feel more energy, I'm sleeping better, I'm excited to run again... but that dang scale! Just keep going. Today... 2 lbs down finally!. Only 2.8 lbs to go. Just need to keep going, day by day, and that scale will respond eventually! We got this!

Glad you saw some progress! I only lost half a pound week one and then one pound the second week, finally saw 4 pounds gone. Working on losing 4 more. Keep up the good work.
