  • GOODMORNING everyone! I know the game hasn’t officially started yet but I still wanted to post a SET UP SUNDAY today!

    What is “set up Sunday”? Setting ourselves up for a successful week with food. This can look differently for everyone! Meal prep, meal plan, etc

    For me personally, I love to write out my meals for the week and grocery shop based on that. Here’s my meals for the week (I write the days, however if one meal sounds better to me on a certain night, I’ll switch things around! Gotta eat what satisfies our bodies!)

    Monday- Burgers, sweet potato fries, salad
    Tuesday-Broccoli chicken Alfredo (birds eye)
    Wednesday- Trader Joe’s Orange chicken & cauliflower fried rice
    Thursday- BBQ chicken stuffed sweet potato + salad or broccoli
    Friday-Spaghetti (fiber gourmet pasta) + salad
    Saturday- 2 ingredient dough pizza
    Sunday- Tacos

    Lunches are normally the same for me

    Turkey + cheese sandwich

    Protein coffee +
    PB chocolate oats
    Eggs and sourdough
    Egg sandwich
    Bagel + cream cheese
