Fasting day 1 and I would kill for a cookie or bag of popcorn. Anyone else intermittent fasting? I am trying 16.8

I start my fast 7pm-11am. I used to struggle with wanting to eat at night, so I would drink a sparkling water. Like Spindrift. The bubbles help fill up you stomach so you don’t feel hungry.. I did that the first two months. The last four months I no longer need the sparkling water because I am used to not eating past 7.
