Going to try something I know Felicia has talked about with the community.

I gotta go into work today (I normally don’t work weekends) and in exchange my boss is providing donuts this morning and lunch for the team! That’s great but I’m horrible at having 1 and not feeling guilty or taking more.

My plan is to have a small breakfast at home with coffee so I’m not super hungry when I get there and I already pre tracked 1 donut into my WW app with the rest of my day.

I’m allowing myself to have 1 donut because I want it and then I’m going to say no more and go about the rest of my day. Working on changing the mindset!

When I really like the flavor of something, I share! So I can taste or try it but don’t have to eat it all
