Anyone else craving discipline? I don’t have a typical 9-5 job so I find myself putting stuff off & not holding myself accountable 😩 Tell me about your daily schedule so I can get my butt in gear!!

My week is different from week to week. The only consistent is that I have weekends off. With a crazy FT job and 3 kids who go to 3 schools in 3 different towns, I am all over the place. I’m a hot mess....
What I make a priority: my activity. I make sure to get a workout in (45min at least) 6 days a week. I schedule ahead of time in my planner just like any other apt. Most the time I’m waking up at 4:30 to do it. But it gets done. No excuses.....

Now if I could just get my eating together :sob:

Instead of trying to have a schedule... have you tried having 5 small goals a day? I have been doing this and it is helping me tremendously. Each day, my goals are:
Make the bed
Brush 2x + floss
Only 1 coffee
100 kettlebell swings
Log food

I can do those at any time in the day, but if I don't do it, I can't go to bed. So I make sure I do all 5. You can pick any 5 targets and just start there!
