    THE SCALE WILL FLUCTUATE. It’s your body just being NORMAL. This is why it’s so important to not put all of your mental state into the number. Which I know in a game like this can be hard.

    Focusing on how you feel, on all the NON scale things your accomplishing/doing for your HEALTH, the new habits your forming, etc is so important. Do you want to do this just for a number? Or to FEEL GOOD. To feel confident and happy!

    If we fixate and quit over every little fluctuation we will NEVER get to where we want to be. Over the course of my journey I have fluctuated like CRAZY. But I am where I am because I didn’t let that dictate my success. I knew I was fueling my body, taking care of my body, so even if the scale didn’t always reflect that, I kept pushing.

    KEEP GOING. Even if in this 4 weeks you don’t hit the goal you we’re hoping. What have you been doing for your health and life? BE PROUD OF THAT

I have started looking at my weekly average weight rather than stressing about day to day progress. My Fitbit app show it that way and it’s helpful.

Sometimes, I think it’s better to not step on the scale every day. Monday’s would be a good day, it keeps you in line over the weekend. Weekends can be a challenge. This creates a win win with you habits.
