A bit frustrated starting week 3. Not being able to exercise like iam used to is making this a much bigger challenge (had foot surgery in Nov and just now able to get back into some activity). I will say I'm down a smidge and my birthday was last week so that's a positive! Hoping this week I can get a little more bike in and get a little push in the right direction

I couldn’t do cardio for three weeks due to a foot injury. Dr gave me the ok to get back at it now thank goodness. But I was doing Windsor Pilates while I couldn’t do any weight baring exercises. They have the workouts on YouTube. I also was using free weights while sitting to do an upper body workout. It’s super frustrating not to be able to do your normal workouts. I feel for ya.

Thanks! Yeah I need to get passed the fact that I can't do full body but still could do some weight training. I will have to try and find some of those on YouTube thanks! It's that difficult challenge of pushing yourself but not overdoing
