Struggling with cravings right now! It’s that time of the month (sorry if that’s TMI), and my cravings are unreal every month.... I’m giving into them, eating sweets that I’m craving, but having a hard time feeling satisfied and not just wanting to binge. In the past I’ve been likely to stop at the store on my way home from work to grab “just a small treat” and ended up picking up every single thing that looked good. Going to try my hardest this week to eat in moderation and not give into those past bad habits while my body is working against me! Hoping that sharing this here will give me some accountability :)

Same here! I wanted sweet soooo bad yesterday and the fruit was not doing it. So I had a fun size bag of m&ms put the extras away and went for a walk with the dog! By the time I got back I wasn’t craving it anymore :grinning: you got this!!

Thanks for the encouragement everyone!! I think that’s the key to my issue is just to allow myself a certain amount and when it’s gone, it’s gone, and also keep myself busy so I’m not thinking about it!
