  • Ghughes teriyaki chicken with zucchini and onions. Super easy and quick dinner.

    You can make it even quicker with precooked chicken and veggies that are frozen just heat them all in a pan. I like to season my veggies and chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Then add in a few tablespoons of the ghughes marinade. Let it simmer for a minute, and then let it rest for a minute to congeal. Taste much better that way


    1 bite on better balance

    About 6 net carbs give or take and 270ish calories.
