For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Win or lose, Congratulations to EVERYONE who participated! It's not easy taking the leap into a dietbet, but we all did it anyway. This proves that win or lose, we love ourselves, and we're putting in effort to change. Remember— 2lbs lost every month is 24lbs down in a year. 3lbs? 36 lbs. 4 lbs? 48 lbs in a year! Fast is always cool, but slow and steady STILL wins in life! Do NOT beat yourself up if you "only lost 2lbs". 2 lbs is NOTHING to sneeze at! 2 lbs is SUCCESS! 2lbs will turn into 4 next month which may turn in 10 or even 20 in three months. Every little bit counts in loving yourself and every little bit counts in taking care of yourself.

Lastly, please please remember to love yourself at EVERY size and weight. I don't care if your husband doesn't love you, I don't care if your mom or dad doesn't love you, and I don't care WHO criticizes you and your weight. Your life has purpose, you are worthy of love, and you ARE enough at 400lbs, 200lbs, or 100lbs. We should all strive to be healthier, yes, and this is not negotiable. But even if you don't lose the weight right now due to your own personal reasons, please know that you are beautiful and worthy of love and care just as much as any Victoria's Secret model is. Your life has purpose. You are enough. Your weight doesn't define you. You are still beautiful, pretty, fine, attractive and desirable no matter what. We should all strive for good health, but make sure that you're striving for a good and healthy self perception (which impacts your mental health), too.
