How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • 2 days ago I told myself I was giving up. I had reached my goal a week ago and when I started my cycle the scale shot up and I was so discouraged and disappointed. I wasn’t even going to weigh in today. I reminded myself of my goals and why I’m doing what I’m doing. I stepped on the scale and it was back down! I’m nowhere near my final goal but I’m proud of myself and I’m not giving up!

I remember your post last week and felt the same way!! So glad you decided to try, I actually made it too!!! I drank a gallon of water yesterday, ate low carb (unintentionally actually lol) and didn’t snack in the evening, that’s something I’ve been struggling with lately! Now to keep going.

Proud of you! You can definitely do this long term! Sorry to advertise but I would love to have you in my dietbet if you need continued support.

Weightloss is such a mind game and I hope you realize THAT is where you've really won, working towards something again ♡
