One of the best things I've done is to find an hour long show on Hulu or Netflix and only watch that when I'm either on the treadmill or just going up and down on my little stepper block. I get so into it and it makes me want to get back on just so I can watch another episode. I have found myself on it close to 2 hrs some days.
