  • We are getting really close to the end of this game! You guys have been working so hard and so much progress has been made! Keep going after it everyone! Remember it's never too late or too early to start. Just don't give up on yourself, you can do this!

Trying to meal prep at the start of the week and using My Fitness Pal to track calories/macros have really helped me!

Got a water bottle that helps keep track of how much water I drink.
I am a lot more likely to keep to a workout schedule if I follow a sleep schedule and get up early and exercise first thing of the day.
Making sure to each more water-rich foods with every meal to feel more full.
