How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Consistency is key when it comes to making progress over a long period of time. Don't be discouraged with the day to day fluctuations in your weight. As you can see I lost a lot of weight in the first 2 weeks (probably mostly water weight) and then very slowly continued to lose over 2 months. Some days my weight went up and some days it went down a lot. If I gave up on those days where I wasn't happy with the number I saw on the scale I wouldn't continue reaching my goals. Just thought I'd share.

Agreed! I try to limit
Myself with the amount of times I weigh in now. I usually just do it on Wednesday and Sunday now.

Thanks my weight is bouncing back and forth for no good reason. Slow and steady wins the race!!!
