  • I have about 200 pounds to lose. Exercise is not very easy for me at all. But today I took an extra walk outside to enjoy the day. We are having some days of beautiful weather here in West Texas so I want to take advantage of every one I can. I didn't go far - just halfway around the building I work in - but I did it, and I'm proud of myself!

When I started my journey I could barely walk my own block. I would go up a few houses and then turn back. I now walk 2.3 miles almost every morning. Keep going don’t give up and n yourself. :heart:
