Last week of our game and over 10,000lbs lost! I can't even imagine that amount of weight would weigh and im so proud of all of you! This week I challenge you to drink more wate, move more and to pay attention to the calories youre eating! I personally try to count my calories faithfully with myfitnesspal and it's made such a difference for me! Let everyone know in the comments how you are challenging yourself this week! <3

Challenging myself to not drink as much water. I got a hydrojug earlier this month and I was getting 140oz in. After a few days I noticed bloating and not feeling well. I had gained 5lbs too. I cut it back a bit and I lost 2 lbs overnight and feel so much better. The bloat is still there a bit but glad I figured out what was causing it!
