yes, I had the killer headache last night from cutting out the wine and sugar but I am already sleeping better :)

I'm one of the weirdos that gets wayyyy more energy when I cut carbs. Less blood sugar fluctuations, I guess. Love the energy streak. I'm sleeping better, too!
