Yesterday was the first day since January 4th that I did not do any type of exercise. I went to work and stayed late for a late COVID swab... on my way out I ran into a couple of other things that needed to be done. I left an hour later than I normally would have—nursing life. On my way home I was on the highway, heard a loud pop and saw a car go off the road, I realized I witnessed an accident and pulled off to help. I got stuck in the mud through all that and had to wait to be towed. After two hours later I am it home. Tired and exhausted. I played and read with my girl. Scarfed down a quick dinner and PASSED OUT! I asked my husband for a 5 minute nap so I could work out but he said that wasn’t happening. I felt bad this morning from not working out so it’ll be a double today! Let’s help each other stay motivated through the end! Oh, but it is Fat Tuesday!
