How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

So I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow to discuss this, but I'm too anxious to wait for that and I know there's some medical people on here. Sooooo....

I started my SSRIs 24 days ago. Due to recent events (Marks attempt), I am extra anxious on top of my normal anxiety (which is already pretty bad). I am lightly trembling almost always. Is there a med (can require a prescription) that I can take on top of my current SSRIs for temporary anxiety relief? Obviously I'm going to wait to actually talk to my doctor before I take anything. It's more - is this even a thing? Hahaha.

I want to Google it, but... No.
It has me believing that every single late period is that random 0.0000001% chance I will get pregnant without fallopian tubes. Ya, I read that somewhere, so fuck Google. 😂.

Thanksssss ❤❤

I’m glad you are talking to someone about it. No advice or info as I don’t know much about the medication side of things, but I gots lots of hugs:heart::heart::heart:

I was previously prescribed benzodiazepines on top of my regular antidepressant. I hated that it made me feel tired and hungover. So as a result, I never used them. I recently had an appointment with a psychiatrist and was prescribed a beta blocker- propranolol to take when I am extra anxious. I think it works better for me and slows my physical reactions to increased stress and anxiety. And it’s not as harsh as the benzodiazepines. Good luck figuring out what works best for you. It can be a tough journey.
