How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I skipped out on family sledding time today and spent the afternoon reading in a hot bath. I have truly awful menstrual cramps (so bad I had surgery for them back in December), and decided to not try to tough it out for the kids' sake but just take the day to relax and stay warm and pop painkillers in peace. I'm getting an IUD put in this week to try to treat them (assuming the non-urgent appointment is not cancelled due to COVID regulations), and I'm really, really hoping that this will help. Otherwise I'm looking at a hysterectomy. I'm done having kids anyhow, but I'd like to avoid the surgery (and keep my organs) if possible.
