How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I had to come into the office today. I was reminded, repeatedly, why I hate driving into work. I got all the stabby feelings after I was blinded by the guy at the stoplight, facing me, who kept flashing his brights trying to get the light to change. All of my nonverbal communication skills were utilized! Then I got cut off and break checked on the highway.
I come into the office, after talking to the security guard for a few minutes, my office door is wide open, my boss is mad he forgot his cellphone, my inbox is a mess (honestly, an inbox has a specific shape...put the papers in the right way!!!) And I got yelled to, "Hey Jen, um, um, I'll just walk with you" as I was walking back to my office from the printer. Do not yell to me, I won't stop. We also have tighter restrictions under current COVID procedures to allow more people in to work right now. My office is located by the only non-emergency exit so everyone walks by, and the bathrooms, which people love having long, drawn out conversations in front of the bathrooms and I don't get it...
I've gotten way too used to working from home. At least I brought my sparkly mask to work with me today.
