How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I have planned more for 25 years, I just never seem to get around to it. The planned and not yet done: full left shoulder wrap into a 1/4 sleeve, one from my ass crack up my spine to memorialize my back surgeries, and one on my other leg to level me out. Anyway here are my 2. I wont get into the stories but as simple as they are, both are meaningful.
