Let’s talk change. What habits are you going to implement over the next 4 weeks to help you lose?? Goals and resolutions don’t get anywhere unless you come up with a solid game plan of things you can do every day to better your health! More water? Less sugar? More veggies? Movement? I can’t wait to see your answers!

I am cutting out sweets and salty processed food and reducing wine and increasing veggies fruit and water. I already exercise 1-2 times a day and eat nuts and am plant based.
