Share with me how you make sure that you drink enough. I'm ok with it during warmer months but now it is so hard. I drink water before every meal, but other than that I keep forgetting. What works for you.?

I carry my water cup everywhere I go. I never leave home with out it. But I do drink more water when the weather is warmer too!

I make hot tea or hot water with lemon throughout the day. There are so many flavors of tea that there’s bound to be something you like well enough to have a cup or two a day.
