Good Morning Fam!!! We are getting in to the swing of things! I hope you all had a great first day! There is so much I want to cover, and I don’t want to overwhelm you all with it at once, so make sure to check in daily for the posts! I post just about every week day! Did you download the Getting Started guide and Workout Challenge?! We will be getting baseline numbers on the challenge movements this week so you can track your progress throughout the game! Today is Side Body Steam Engines! Jen demonstrates on videos that are linked to the pdf, so click and watch to do it properly! She also provides modifications- I know I will need to do some mods- so just do your best and let it be fun! I’ll post some vids of me doing it with you so you feel better seeing me struggle too!

I did 122 total. Like a lot of others, wasn’t sure if we count each side separate? And I want to be comfortable in my own skin. It’s been way too long, and after a crap 2020, I am ready to do this for me alone!
