I was shocked today to find out that I have hit my round 1 goal. Feels really good! I have decided to cut out all fast food and limiting candy and desserts to one piece of chocolate a day and desserts no more than 2 a week. I have a quite a strong sweet tooth so this might be hard but it needs to happen to reach my goals and improve my health.

So the motto I have adopted (from one of the books Ive been using for my I.F tips) for how I deal with the sweets because I also have an incredibly large sweet tooth is “delay don’t deny”.... if you’re out of the house, tell yourself you will wait to go home to make something. Then once you’re home you have to actually make it before you can have it and 9 times out of 10 I will just say forget it because I have other things to do or I’ll go online and fine a healthier snack/sweets option and make that instead or else eat a fruit.

If you deny yourself of the cravings it will be a huge roadblock so just have the mindset of delaying instead of denying
