Hi everyone, im very disappointed in myself, not only did I not make it, I'm the exact same weight but what I don't get is I got done 4 pounds and somehow gained that all back in the same month, 2 weeks ago I was only 2 pounds away from my goal, now I did get an ulcer about 2 weeks ago and that threw off my diet for about a week because everything was upsetting my stomach, but the last week I have been back to keto and been working out 45 min 4 days a week for 2 weeks (strength training). What am I doing wrong, what is everyone else doing? I would like to succeed this month, thank you all!

Don't give up, Ashley! I had the same issue last year... when I started strength training, I stopped losing (I'm a keto person, too.)

Assuming a (mostly) absence of diet blunders, I'm pretty sure it's because of the water retention we get when we're tearing and repairing (building muscle). It's inflammation and water retention, but that will eventually level out and you'll start losing again (if you're anything like me and my experience from last year).

Thank you everyone I'll try to stop eating at 6 if possible I work till 5 and come home workout and cook dinner maybe ill cook dinner first! I'm definitely going to up my water intake, and watch my sodium I'm loving all these tips thank you so much!
