How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Any tricks to curb late night snacking? I do so well during the day but have a hard time right before bed.

I do intermittent fasting along with tracking my calories because I am also a late night snacker!
I find that by giving myself a “feeding window” I am more full closer to my later night snacking time, and I’m easily satisfied by popcorn and snack sized chocolate bars :relaxed:
Sounds like a weird treat, but also blueberries with peanut butter, cinnamon, and just a touch of honey is a very satisfying and healthy option!

My snacking at night is often something sweet. I recently started drink more tea at night and now I add some fresh fruit to satisfy my sweet tooth.
