I find that exercising 1st thing in the morning gives me more motivation for the rest of my day.
When I set my alarm and don’t feel like working out “because I’m tired” I remind myself that I’m not actually gonna get extra sleep if I skip my 30 min work out- and then I’ll have regrets. Once I’m out of bed I can just get going.

Sometimes I’ll reward myself with a new work out shirt or shorts if I meet my work out goals.
