Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

One big thing that I started at the beginning of this was tracking EVERYTHING I eat in the WW app. I’ve stuck to it everyday (without omitting anything) and plan to continue. I also measure everything out instead of guessing. I’ve just started tracking macros as well. Being honest about what I eat and drink is a major accomplishment and helps me stay on track!
