How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

A bit of a milestone for me today, did my first workout since 3rd January because of health issues, but I feel like I’m getting stronger and ready to move a bit more. So far I’ve been focused on food and getting in daily steps, but after today’s 25 min pilates low Intensity workout, I feel like I may be back on track with things. Let’s hope I don’t push my body too far, I’ll definitely take it slow. 🙏

Great for you!!

How did you end up feeling the next day? My daily goals are 15,000 steps, gradually increasing my running time, and drinking 2.75 litres of water.
