How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Finished another run and did a chest/triceps workout. Today I had a choice. I was finishing my coffee when a friend called for help moving something. I could have just said that was a workout, and just skip my workout but instead I threw on my clothes and pushed out a great workout quickly before I left. Mindsets can change. I will prioritize myself through my journey. For the past few years I have put my physical and mental health on the back burner but it's time to change that. Working out and eating good makes me mentally and physically feel good. Do I miss all the delicious unhealthy quick foods? Absolutely. But there is a time and place for that. The time and place isn't all day every day, but once in a while.

Great balance Alexandra!
When we put ourselves first, we are so much better in the long run to everyone else too!

Well done! I'm trying to prioritise myself this year too, although work always seems to take over.
