How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I am only 45% of the way there today. I am happy to have lost some weight. This has been a difficult time for me, and while I didn't win the game, I won the battle of self sabotage and subsequent weight gain. Enjoy my money all of you who had full success. 😉 See you next time!

Sorry to hear you won’t win, but that’s a good mindset to have. Sometimes just hanging on is enough. I’ve lost weight before only to rebound when life got tough.

I am pretty far off from my weigh out but have decided that I want to keep trying to get as close as possible.
I just started a new job and it has been pretty stressful so far. Unfortunately I gave into the stress today and binge ate some snacks. I’m just looking for advice on how to better improve my relationship with food and the guilt that I now am feeling after my slip up.

It is important not to deny yourself anything. Then there's no room for guilt... find healthy alternatives that taste good. And take care you eat enough. Binge eating often happens with me if my deficit was too high for too long or I am lacking Carbs or Proteins. If I feel like having that pizza, I have some and share the rest. And then come back to healthy habits... just never give up! I found noom helpful to learn healthy patterns...

Thanks. Seeing it zoomed out like that makes it seem a lot more linear than it really was. Hides a lot of bumps and plateaus.

Back to counting my calories again. I hate doing it, but it's my Reset Button whenever I feel like I need some discipline. My mind always fights it as a long-term weight loss strategy though because I know I can't count calories forever! But it gets me back on track every time.

I always found it difficut to loose, not to maintain. Maybe because I am creating good habits on the way down... but I have way to go... thinking about giving me a break after my next Flex Kickstarter...

All the praise to you right now! I was a teacher for 11 years before being laid off at the end of the year last year. I have since left education. I know I would not be mentally strong enough to teach right now!

    I did the CrossFit open 21.3 & 21.4 and it kicked my ass!!!!!! I am happy that I’m losing weight but the strength and muscles I am building are the best part!
