How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

All the praise to you right now! I was a teacher for 11 years before being laid off at the end of the year last year. I have since left education. I know I would not be mentally strong enough to teach right now!

    I did the CrossFit open 21.3 & 21.4 and it kicked my ass!!!!!! I am happy that I’m losing weight but the strength and muscles I am building are the best part!

Thank I’m eating way too much! Ughh I need to get motivated!!!!! I work out everyday but undo my progress with bad habits!! Anyone do this?!?!

Yes...food is good but I think it helps to try to remember it’s for fuel not fun. It’s tough but it’s all mental!
