Today's summary!
Bfast - cheese bun with 2 scrambled eggs, lettuce and tomato
Snack - fruit and nut bar, handful of sweet potato crackers and 2 tbsp queso cheese dip
Lunch -pork, Brown rice, lettuce
Snack - trail mix with dark chocolate, sweet potato chips
Dinner - leftover ground beef with low sodium taco seasoning, mushrooms, onions on lettuce
W/O - 40 min Tabata workout with light weights
H2O - only got 2 litres, tomorrow's goal will be 3!
Clocked in at about 1500 calories today. I haven't decided if I will just track weekends and 2 weekdays or some combo.... Does anyone here track macros/calories? Do you track everyday or just occasionally?
