I was nervous to weigh in this morning because I thought I went into a carb overload last night. I still lost 3/4 of a pound. Yay! I’m still trying to figure out which food plan is best for me and my lifestyle. I’m also doing Noom. Is anyone else doing that?

I've tried Noom, but it wasn't for me. I think any tracking program that you can stick with consistently for a period is worth trying!
