  • So, I am only down .6 lbs and it is killing me! Last year I lost 25 lbs and won several Dietbets, but I have lost my last couple. Today I am sitting at 138.6 lbs. The scale is not moving hardly at all and I am really not sure what else to do. I am following my meals pretty on point and working out every day. I am wondering if my body is just like ok lady, you are good where you are at, so stop trying. I really want to hit this Dietbet but have 5lbs to lose in 17 days and really don't know if I am going to make it in time. Bahhhh ok vent over.

Mel I am 5'3.

Im 5’4 and currently at 143. I’ve been anywhere 110-155 my whole adult life I’m such a yo yo dieter. I feel comfortable once I hit my 130s so 139 and less is where I feel content although I would ideally like to reach 120 so I understand where you’re coming from. Sounds like you’re at a plateau, just keep doing that you’re doing and I think eventually the lbs will drop.
