So I’m a little annoyed. I’m .6 from my goal but I haven’t moved in days. Like how is this possible? I’m doing everything the same as when I was dropping the weight fast. I didn’t think I would hit a plateau that early. Argh. Ok vent over! Lol

This was me last week! My friend to me, oh a lil plateau. All of a sudden I'm like ohhh, yes, that's exactly what happens before the drop starts again. I fage up there was SOMETHING WRONG, as it was a 'lil plateau ' ... the next day, the scale moved - it hasn't in 10 days! Best to you.

Omg so frustrating focus on green veggies and less accessories (or measured accessories or healthier accessories). For me sometimes to break my plateaus I have to go back to very basic meals :/ breakfast with sweet potato instead of bread. Good luck. You can do this!! Or maybe just make dinner earlier and/or breakfast a little later.
