  • Congratulations to everyone who won! Congratulations to everyone who may not have won, but made the commitment to get healthy. I am proud of you!

    I missed weigh in this morning by 8 oz, but, no matter what I am proud of myself. I have lost 5 lbs on this Dietbet and have gotten to my lowest weight yet of 134.4lbs.

    I also haven't given up just yet. My meals and water intake has been on point today. I just got done doing Cardio Flow to try and sweat out those damn 8 oz. and I am contemplating doing AAA to close out week 7 of 80 Day Obsession. Overall all positives.

I have .6 to lose still... did you weigh in already? What can we do today to lose? Do you have to be right on the target or lower. Wish there was a margin of error lol

Christine S. I fasted all day today and did a pretty intense cardio workout this afternoon and made weight! Exactly what I had to lose, nothing more, nothing less.
