Just a few days left ! How close are you? Here a trick you can try the last few days:

Salt and carbs both retain water. Water has weight associated with it. If you reduce your carb and salt intake the last few days, the water retention that comes with it should leave the body too.

I’ve done this with multiple clients when trying to make weight classes and it can help drop the last little bit if you’re close!

I've been keto on and off for like a bazillion years. I stick to around 40

I personally can't go above 15g or I'll get kicked out of ketosis. Everyone is different when it comes to carbs and their tolerance to the amounts. It's a game of trial and error and adjusting macros until you discover what your level is.
